I dont know if you will be able to see photos attached, but if you do, you can see in the letter that lawyers of Falkensteiner admitted filming in wellnes area since 2014 g with the "safety"excuse,and it was immediately switched off after our mail to authorities.
Who was looking behind the camera? Where are collected hours of filming naked children?
It is a heavy GDPR violation that austrian police should investigate and we will proceed in that way with our lawyers. If you stayed here in period from 2014 you have the same right to do it! If you decide to take justice in your own hands contact me for any help..

We made a trip from Zagreb for the weekend and we are very satisfied so we will definitely come back again. The hotel staff is very approachable and friendly, especially Martina from the reception. The cleanliness of the entire hotel (rooms, wellness, bar, restaurant) is outstanding. We had 4 meals on offer and the food is really great.
We traveled as a couple but if you are traveling with children, the hotel has plenty contents for them as well :)
One the whole Amazing! WiFi coverage poor on floor 0 though, need to upgrade.. the only other gripe is lack of evening entertainment but kids club was a great help thank you!
We arrived at this hotel at 1 am and stayed just for one night as we were transiting. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and kind, she didnt charge us for our dog, nor for the parking and she automatically offered a free late checkout considering we arrived so late. We travel a lot and we do not come across this level of kindness and thoughtfulness very often so it is greatly appreciated. The hotel has beautiful, modern rooms and spacious bathrooms, very nic spa area, there is plenty to do and I love that it is dog friendly (especially appreciate the little details such as dog beds and water and food! bowls in the main lobby). We will make sure to come back for a weekend to enjoy the hotel more. They even gave us a little pot of honey as a goodbye present during checkout :) Thank you again for being so nice :)

I would recommend this hotel to everyone, no matter if you are going with a family or your friends, this hotel offers full experience to all.
I stayed 6 nights in a hotel and was amazed with how the staff (especially on reception) was treating me. They all were so nice and pleasant and made my stay wonderful .Also, majority of staff members are speaking multiple languages which really impressed me.
Furthermore, I really enjoyed diverse breakfast, nice spa and outdoor/indoor pool and the fact that hotel is in the best possible location (the ski slopes are right next to a hotel).
Hope to visit Nassfeld and this beautiful hotel again.

Nice hotel, I was there for 2 nights. They have nice pool with waterslide. And for adults there is also spa and saunas Food is pretty good and there is always friendly staff. If you are skiing they have a good ski room. It’s also kids friendly and you need to expect a lot of children there.
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. I had a wonderful experience at the Falkensteiner Hotel Sonnenalpe. Every staff member I encountered, from the check-in to the cleaning staff, everyone was delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Special thanks to the waitress Patricia, she goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Her service was impeccable and she made sure every need was catered to with utmost perfection making us feel so important! Will recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends!
